Improve skills and productivity with training
As well being great at web design, our director is a qualified teacher in the
subject area of web design/development, and information technology. If you're interested in e-learning, or putting your own courses on the internet, you can find more information about e-learning here.
Knowing who you're teaching can help improve effectiveness of delivery
Before the delivery of any course it's important to determine who you're delivering the course to - what level are your learners at? Knowing the level of the learners helps to ensure you're not delivering the course at too high a level, or even too low a level. Getting this part right helps improve the effectiveness of the course.
People learn differently
Because people learn differently, and we can each have different learning styles, it's important to deliver a course in a way that suites everyone. We know all about the different types of learning styles, and how to mix them together in a session.
Giving the correct feedback and encouragement
Giving the correct feedback and encouragement to learners on a course can change a person’s mindset. Someone with a negative mindset may need more encouragement than others, without the other learners being alienated from sessions. Knowing how to give feedback helps to encourage each learner, and helps to turn negatives into positives, which in turn improves the effectiveness of the course.
We've got lots and lots of experience in web design and information technology
It's all well and good being a qualified teacher, but your subject knowledge should be top notch. With over 13 years’ experience in web design and development, 10 years’ experience in IT, and 3 years’ experience in IT support, our subject knowledge is what we'd call top notch.

- Web user training -the basics of the internet, how to use a browser and send/receive e-mails
- IT principles - basics of using a computer, files and folders, saving and printing.
If you can't find what you're looking for on the list above, simply get in touch and we can discuss your requirements.
If you'd like to know more about training, then feel free to get in touch, we'd love to sit down with a cuppa and talk about how we're going to improve your workforce.
